Every price is a receipt
Draft, last edited November 1, 2026
Draft, not in effect yet. TwoKey is still invite only. This page shows what will apply once TwoKey opens to the public, and may change before then.
Free stays free. Connected costs what its outside services cost us, plus about 10%. Keys is for more than one house: it pays its own way and keeps Free running, TwoKey's AI included, plus about 20%. Tap ⓘ on a plan to see each line.

How prices change
- One check a year. Every November we rerun these receipts with last year's real bills and post the result here, even when nothing changes.
- Only the change passes through. If a service raises its price, the plan goes up by that amount plus the same 10% or 20%, rounded. Nothing else rides along.
- Drops pass through too. When a service gets cheaper or TwoKey grows, Connected comes down at the next check.
- Big jumps. We absorb increases until the yearly check. Only if one would raise a plan's costs by more than 25% does a price change early, with 60 days' notice, a link to the service's announcement, and a prorated refund if you leave.
- Your price holds for your term. A yearly plan keeps its price until it renews.
- Switching is prorated. Move up any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your period. Move down and the unused part comes off your next bill.
Paying yearly costs less because the card company charges 30¢ every time it charges a card. See the TwoKey Promise.

A mortgage company linked through Plaid now shares the loan's rate, payment and last month, at Plaid's $0.20 a login a month. About 1 in 4 homes link one. No price changed: TwoKey's cut on Connected went to 7% paid yearly and 17% monthly, and on Keys to 12% and 16%. Plaid billing

TwoKey's own AI (Claude's smallest model, about a tenth of a cent a use) is now on every receipt. Keys covers what Free homes use, about $9 a month across them. No price changed: TwoKey's cut on Keys went from 20% to 17% a month. Claude pricing

What keeps Free running
At 1,000 homes, Free costs about $215 a month in all, about 21¢ a home. Keys pays it:
- Website and morning sync (Vercel)$35
- Database, sign-in and photos (Supabase)$75
- Job listings, searched once per city$25
- Email (Resend)$20
- Phone apps and the Apple account$27
- First home value for new houses$11
- TwoKey's AI for Free homes (how-tos, plant care, reports)$9
- Checks, domain and the LLC$13
Bank sync is never part of Free, so Free can't get expensive. TwoKey's AI is built in, and apps like Muse that you connect are your own.
